MSP Pentesting is a channel-only penetration testing provider. We work with managed service providers, MSSPs, IT consultancies, and GRC firms. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Who we are
MSP Pentesting is operated by a limited liability company registered in Montana, United States. If you have questions about this policy or about your information, email connor@msppentesting.com.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, apply to become a partner, download a resource, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we may collect your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, and anything you choose to include in a message. If you submit a form through an advertising platform such as LinkedIn, that platform may pass us the profile information you agreed to share.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
Client and engagement information
When we perform testing under a signed agreement, we treat findings, scoping details, and any client data we encounter as confidential. That information is governed by the terms of the engagement agreement with the partner or client. It is not sold, is not shared for advertising, and is not used for any purpose outside the engagement.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to quote requests and questions, prepare proposals and scope work, deliver and support our services, send relevant business communications, meet legal and contractual obligations, and improve our website and our offerings.
How long we keep it
We keep business contact information for as long as it is needed to serve the relationship and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. Engagement records and reports are retained according to the terms of the applicable agreement.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
